Harare – Dawnview Home

• Progress: Renovations underway; focus on livable, secure space

• Plans:

  • Borehole installation

  • Furnishing the home to house 18 children

• Challenges:

  • Inadequate water supply

  • Broken windows and poor plumbing

  • Limited furniture and household items

• Solutions:

  • Install borehole and repair plumbing

  • Procure furnishings and solar panels

Epworth – Daniel Academy

• Progress:

  • Active feeding program and sanitary wear distribution

  • School supplies provided to 50 students

  • Admin block construction ongoing

• Challenges:

  • School dropouts (boys lured into mining, girls into early marriages)

  • Shortage of educational supplies

• Plans:

  • Build security wall and new toilet block

Dzivaresekwa / Mt. Hampden

• Progress:

  • School building slab completed

  • Relief aid and food parcels distributed

  • 200+ children attending clubs weekly

• Challenges:

  • Need to plaster school walls and install doors/plumbing

  • Lack of electricity and water supply

• Plans:

  • Finish school construction

  • Install solar system and borehole

Harare West – Lovemercy Surgery

• Impact:

  • 1,316 patients treated

  • 133 salvations and 27 reported healings

• Needs:

  • Reliable water supply

• Plans:

  • Establish in-house pharmacy

  • Generate income through clinic operations

Buhera

• Progress:

  • 90% of parsonage complete

  • Gardening project supports 200+ orphans

• Needs:

  • Complete parsonage, seeds, and water tank

• Plans:

  • Build orphanage

  • Launch piggery, peanut butter production, and dog breeding projects

Mt. Darwin

• Projects:

  • Peanut farming, goat rearing, gardening, and children’s clubs

Rushinga (Mt. Darwin area)

Mutoko – Daniel Academy

  • Renovated classrooms and toilets

Inyanga (15 hectares)

• Progress:

  • 20,000 bricks ready for first orphanage cottage

  • 2 rondavels currently house 4 children

• Plans:

  • Construct full orphanage compound

  • Expand orchard and farm garlic, onions, and potatoes

  • Introduce macadamia, beekeeping, and poultry operations
