Who We Are
Don & Melinda Wooden, the Founders of Change a Life Foundation, were moved to launch Operation New Life Ministry due to the urgent need to restore broken lives right here in the US! Operation New Life serves as a beacon of hope for those with broken hearts, afflictions, and those in the midst of crises.
What We Offer
We offer healing prayer, access to resources, and a pathway to restoration - implementing positive life changes. If you are wanting to break free from drug addiction, we have a wide-ranging network of connections with faith-based drug rehabilitation centers that we can help you get into. Operation New Life primarily focuses on assisting individuals in need in the Northern Virginia area, but we are actively seeking to expand our local partnerships, resources, and range of services.

Our heart is to show others the love of Jesus by discipleship; by encouraging them through Christ centered solutions which focus on faith, family, finances and future, enabling them to become contributing members of families and communities, bringing the strength of Christ and the message of salvation to the World.
