What we do?

Change a Life Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization that has worked with people in crisis for over two decades.  We have recently  reached out to the Afghani Refugee's in this time of crisis to assist them in their new life here in the US.   Showing  all people the love of Christ and providing basic relief to meet their needs.

Hosting Families & Housing

Becoming a host for a family is very rewarding.  If you have room in your home to host an individual, couple or family.  Please contact us as we would love the opportunity to connect you with an individual or family in need of temporary housing. (Minimum of 30 days)  

We may also provide housing in the Northern Va. area for approved individuals/families for a period of six months so they can settle in and find employment opportunities, get their children in schools, save finances for future permanent housing and obtain their driving privileges.

Vehicle Donation

If you have a vehicle that is in good running condition and would like to donate it to an Afghani refugee that will allow them to have transportation while living here.  All vehicles that are donated will only go to those with a current US driver's license.

Clothing Donation

So many of the Afghani Refugees came here with just the clothes on their backs.  We are only accepting clothing gift cards unless we have a specific need then we will contact our volunteers to gather and deliver.

Financial and Gift Card Donation

Donations and Gift cards welcome for Walmart, UBER or Visa/MasterCard.

Transportation

Volunteering to transport for shopping, appointments and job searches are greatly needed
